Position Overview:

Preferred candidates will possess strong attention to detail, have effective organizational skills and display the ability to communicate (must read and write English) clearly.

  • Machine Operator
    • Responsible for the operation of injection molding and pre-form machinery and all secondary operations required to produce a finished product
    • Minimum 3 years experience in a Manufacturing environment
    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
    • Use of light hand tools to de-gate and de-bur all parts
  • Shipper
    • Picks, packs and assembles goods for shipment as well as receives, unpacks and stocks materials and supplies for inventory
    • 2 – 5 years experience in a Distribution environment

Overview:

Promote and Sell McCue products and services through outbound telephone calls to customers and potential customers, while meeting and exceeding established sales target objectives.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Responsible for growing and developing assigned accounts to reach stated revenue goals. Utilize consultative sales approach via telephone.
  • Responsible for retention of current business, maximum account penetration, including cross product selling and new referrals, account growth and development and relationship building.
  • Develop new prospects through the use of resources including general business publications, industry specific publications, trade show leads, targeted mailing lists, and referrals.
  • Maintain an organized work environment that promotes efficient sales, effective client/prospect interaction, professional sales representation, and timely client activity reporting.
  • Analyze and monitor trends across client base and in individual accounts to identify additional selling opportunities.
  • Manage territory assignments and follow up on product specific promotions and campaigns. Gathers and logs all call information, sales order and profile activity in CRM system.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Two years or more of sales or related experience with service-based products and key accounts in a business to business environment.
  • Self motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated exceptional listening skills.
  • Solid technical skills in Microsoft Office and Windows.

General Description:
The Field Services Manager represents McCue Corporation, its products, processes and services to its various customers, contractors and sub-contractors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management of all projects, contractors and sub-contractors within the designated region and elsewhere on an as needed basis.
  • Quality installation of McCue products and other approved products, as specified according to McCue standards, purchase orders and scope of work.
  • Travel to customers, contractor offices and project sites (store visits and assessments)
  • Supervision, training, qualifying and certification of installers
  • Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations and other departments, as needed, to support customer needs and corporate directions

  • Specific Responsibilities

    • Develop effective sales tools including Product Sheets, sales presentations, spec sheets, price lists, post cards, catalogs and installation instructions
    • Support all tradeshow activities with creative graphics,
